Quality of the all inclusive food and drink was excellent. We got there before 11am and asked if we could leave our luggage so we could go for something to eat and drink. They gave us our all inclusive bands so we could use their facilities and said they had a room ready so we could check in straight away. All the staff were excellent and positive. We could not fault this place for a getaway. The price was excellent and the location was very convenient for the airport, the beach and trips to Arenal and Palma.

The buffet was good, very varied with a different theme every night. Amazing breakfast buffet. Fabulous sea views and location,close to airport and town. Lovely room and bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Large balcony. Bar with entertainment. A bonus was plenty of tv channels including a wide range of English channels which is exceptional.

A very nice stay with a good location and nice personal.
Location is definitely one of the best assets of Can Pastilla, considering that it’s situated a 5-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca Airport and a 10-minute drive from Palma’s Old Town. Although today sun lovers populate its golden beaches and hotels, Can Pastilla was only a small fishing village 60 years ago, no more than a hamlet growing around the small church of San Antonio de la Playa. It is also fair to say that Can Pastilla is relatively calmer than other resorts in the area.

This Hotel is just perfect, the food is lovely, lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal, good standard. Every member of staff is polite and cant do enough for you. In my opinion this hotel could easily be a four or five star establishment.
Can Pastilla is a lovely resort, quiet and with a chilled vibe, and best of all its 10 mins from the airport! We will be back soon!

Popular places are a bit far from each-other however if you...
Popular places are a bit far from each-other however if you like to ride bicycles then you can rent an ordinary or electric bike. Be careful about rental companies, there are expensive and also cheap places that you can rent exactly the same bicycle with double/triple prices.
Public transport is also easily possible.
I also recommend to attend tours to the caves and to the mountains. If you are interested in wind surfing this beaches are exactly for you.
P.S. Don’t forget to visit Europe’s biggest coral aquarium

It was great for a short city break in that it was just along from Palma and we could very easily get a bus in to the city. The area itself was great for walks along the beach and to sit in little cafes/restaurants and have coffee/lunch and soak up the sun and watch the sea and kite surfers etc. Yes it was close to the airport, but we never really heard the planes - I would definitely stay in the area again.5

BORING There is no entertainment in the area apart from in the large AI hotels, which I think is unfair. All there is to do in the evening is go for a meal, of which the standard is not high, expensive and not great, then walk along the promenade which was nice as a one off but not every night! or drink which is also very expensive compared to other resorts.
People congregate on the prom wall outside these hotels to watch/listen many are drinking. This is mainly a spanish/german resort.
It has good bus links with Palma which is fortunate if you want a nice meal.
It is very convenient for the airport if you have either a very early or late flight, only 5 min away and the aircraft noise is not loud.

I liked it because its more quiet. If you take a walk towards El Arenal in the night you will find a lot more drunk tourists. There are great bus connections to Palma, the bus goes every 10 minutes. I would avoid those tourist stores for food and snacks shopping. They try to scam you by not writing the prices on the items.

Go to the Irish Bar Finnegan's in Can Pastilla on Friday for Fish & chips & mushy peas. The staff are great and very friendly. Good selection of bars and restaurants. The market in the square is basic and takes place Tuesday and Fridays. Don't expect the exciting high life of Magaluf. Great place to stop over when either arriving or going to the airport.
The harbour view from the balcony and the view from the rooftop bar were excellent! Staff were all multilingual which was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and much nicer than in the pictures. Great range of food at breakfast and dinner, both buffet style. The shower water pressure was really good. The hotel is in a great location, by the beach and restaurants and bars in can pastilla, only 10 mins from the airport and 15 or so minutes drive from Palma. The hotel was great value for money and we will definitely come again.
The location of the hotel and services of the hotel were great, meals were ok (we had all inclusive), maybe better selection of side dish will be fine, but this will be just something extra. The budget room had also view at the sea from balcony. We also borrowed at the reception city bikes for some small trips. What I really appreciated was a possibility to have a shower even after check-out as our flight was scheduled for evening, so we could stay whole afternoon at the beach.
We had a Sea View room on the 4th floor. Rooms are not big, but spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable.
The food for breakfast and dinner was great. Plenty of choice with individually prepared dishes.
All of the staff from reception, restaurant, bar and accommodation were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
The hotel has a calm feel to it, no rushing to get a sunbed by the pool, or to get a table for breakfast or dinner.

I was meeting my friends for a holiday in Mallorca, but arriving the day before them, so I was looking for a place to stay for one night on my own. HM Alma Beach was perfect due to its great location, good value single rooms and lovely facilities that made me feel like I was on holiday straight away!
I especially loved the rooftop pool and bar, plus the inclusive breakfast that had a fantastic selection of foods and could be eaten on the outside terrace.
Breakfast buffet was satisfying, varieties to choose from. Staff was welcoming, and tried to help with everything. Daily room service to clean rooms, and change towels and bed sheet, even though we do not put sign for room cleaning. Pool area was clean, evem though, we spent all the time at the beaches. Great location. Close to Can Pastilla beach.
We wanted a short stay after our fly in at 1am, the hotel is 7 min away from the airport and has 24/7 service, super friendly receptionists, providing us with water and area advice. The hotel is old, not luxury but it's kept very clean and near the beach. Some really lovely breakfast areas near the beach also!

I like this hotel very much! It is located on a beautiful beach. All stuff is very nice and helpful. Plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner of hotel buffet. Both my daughter and I enjoyed our vocation. She tell me that she wants to come back here again. Thank you Helios!
Hotel is well situated next to the Palma airport, with a very good connection to the Palma de Mallorca city center. Wifi was quite fast. Overall, I'd say it provides good value for money, also realy close to the beach. Really nice balcony with a view on Serra de Tramuntana.

Good hotel for staying in Mallorca. Location was good, very close to the bus stop and the beach. Room was warm and cozy. The noise coming from the streets didn’t bother me personally.
