It's a great hotel. The location is perfect, close to city and airport, but it's also easy to reach other sights around Bilbao.
The beds are comfy and the room big, as was the bathroom. We had some noise from the neighbours but the staff dealt with this in the best way. They were very friendly and also helped out with other questions. Breakfast was fine; a few more healthy options would have been nice.

I cancelled our original booking as I got the dates wrong and rebooked for the correct date 2 days later, 9 months in advance of our intended stay. On arrival we were advised that they didn't have a booking as we had cancelled and they didn't have any rooms available. So we had to go elsewhere. They took our money and we are still having difficulty getting a refund
