I'm really happy that I decided to use this hotel on our way back to Estepona. As the owner told me that the hotel is now for three generations in the family. I have NO COMPLAINT about the hotel. BUT..... the restaurant part need improvement. NOTthe service, the lady serving us was excellent and friendly. No it was the solomillo I ordered, that was very over cooked and instead of beautiful piece of beef it could be used as shoe leather.
Then please change the breakfast system. The two guys serving did not knew what to do, and then finally all my credit cards where refused by the system.
Sir, you told me about this couple writing every year negative about your hotel, but coming back every year. Trust me, I love , and recommending to everyone to stay at your place.
Many regards and see you next time, MR. A.B. / ESTEPONA, Spain.

The high rating does not lie. Unique place and atmosphere. It's a pity that we could only stay 1 night. It is worth going for a longer time both with children (hurry up, the owner's dog couple has 8 adorable puppies) and without little ones to enjoy wine, local delicacies, beautiful countryside views and the authentic atmosphere. Many thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful 19th century building, with ample cozy rooms and great beds
The garden is gorgeus and the thermal circuit was exactly what we needed, except that the outdoor pool was not open yet.
Breakfast is quite busy and the quality is average although the essentials are there. There is a nice bar that opens at nights, but the assortment of tapas is too narrow.
We had dinner in town in a very traditional restaurant we enjoyed very much.

Both Hotels are within short walk of each other as are some very nice local restaurants, giving good variety. Its very quite and seems to be a destination for older generation. I found communication difficult.

The people were friendly.
The people were friendly. The road signage inadequare but all right for the hostal. We got lost several times in the area. But then we are British and old so need clear signs andsuffered from the use of different names for places. And why not show Francia on the signs to France.

I went to play PGA Catalunya supposedly the best course in Spain! The problem was the fairways had many divots that had not been repaired and many pitch marks both new and old on the greens on one of the greens I repaired 5 fresh divots from people earlier in the morning!

I liked the friendly atmosphere. It's a family business and the owners care very much to accommodate your needs. Rooms are practical and clean. The food what they are doing is the highlight, so that people come to eat there from outside. The have also a chill out section outside, which is covered up to give protection from the sun. We had breakfast and the value you get is optimal. There is parking outside the hotel and it works first comes, first serves. We arrived after 6 pm and we found a parking space.
I liked everything! It is the most kid-friendly property ever.
The spaces, the toys, playgrounds, the pets, the animals, the surroundings, the details like kids cutlery, the chairs, everything!!! Each of the areas invites you to have a relaxing and excellent experience.
It's a mix between museum, vintage, modernity, rural house.
I felt in love
The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Old house, vintage decor, great nature, small town nearby and VERY hospitable hosts. I enjoyed my stay, the kids loved the pool and the bikes, I appreciate the help with the transfer. Dinner and breakfast were great. My memories are wonderful, thank you!
Lovely establishment. We went for a long weekend to relax and the hotel met our expectations. The room was comfortable. We got robes and slippers. We were also very happy with the outdoor pool and beautiful garden.
