What an amazing resort. So conveniently located for the town and the Marina. Loved the layout, the rooms are really comfortable, and really clean. The staff are just so friendly. I don’t think we’ve been to any resort where every member of staff makes an effort to speak to from the General Manager down. Such a great place. Can’t recommend it enough.

Staff were exceptional. Receptionist couldn’t be more helpful and Yolli and Carlos were very good. Really work hard. Room had everything you needed and any issues were sorted immediately. Good car park and the food was delicious with a great choice

From Reception and restaurant was the best service you can get, The prices was over the value. The rooms are very small, impossible to walk there is no space.
The location central but the beach is pretty foraway. Thanks the management we could change our room and get better accommodation. The mt of the rooms are not realistic, we reserved a room that suppose to be 30 mt but it wasn't the reality and true.

There were 3 swimming pools and the deepest ones were
quiet.
We loved the location. It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach and there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
We never went hungry because when service in a restaurant was finished soon after there was a bar by the pool open, which served hot food or snacks including fruits in the afternoon, which we loved.
There was a small deposit for cups and pool bar plates and even though it was a bit annoying at first, the place was kept clean so I think the idea was great.

Fabulous hotel, facilities, comfort. Unbelievable breakfast lots of food choices including the best pancakes I’ve ever had. 3 minutes walk from shops, bars and Restaurants but very quiet no noise- the best thing though are the staff - superb 5*. Friendly, helpful and very professional nothing is too much trouble. All in all the best holiday hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Thank you Hotel Rupit x

So many beaches to choose from . Water sports activities. Deep sea diving . All local . Lovely restaurant walking distance Cala Ferreira restaurant was walking distance and has some lovely dishes on the menu . The local supermarket is reasonably priced and does some lovely fresh rolls and pastries. Maria who owns the shop is so lovely and helpful . And helped us with directions to serena beach . It’s a beautiful little beach with a bar . It’s mainly for the locals that live there but is so quite and has fantastic views . Esmeralda beach is breath taking views . All the beaches are so beautiful with clear turquoise water . Mallorca is a beautiful place to go and I’ll definitely be back . Great family location easy to get around with buses running regularly to many places. There’s so much to do here from Dolphins to water parks . Booking trips is easy as your able to buy tickets at local super markets .
I would highly recommend visiting here . Cala Dor is a short bus journey and is worth visiting. Lots of restaurants. Highly recommended
The view from the appartement is stunning, the location is amazing with Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, the pedestrian streets of Cala d'or. The appartement is very confortable with 2 bedrooms and the lounge with its 2 sofas. Everything is there for you to have a great time. If our son was a tiny bit older he could have played on the beach and we could have watched him from the balcony ! Highly recommended with kids !
The apartment we had was ideal for my family a perfect location with balcony facing the beautiful cove of Cala Ferrera.
Juan was very attentive to any queries I had , a really pleasant guy to deal with.
With the cafe bar directly below the apartments - staff were all hard working and genuinely seemed to like working there- you aren't far away from great food and drink after a day on the beach.
The adult only hotel is so peaceful and calm and just a stones throw from a beautiful Cala. Food was much nicer than anything you would get in the main area of Cala D'Or.
There was lovely music some nights and even a harpist one of the mornings for breakfast.
We enjoyed this hotel so much. Left completely relaxed.
Very well appointed villa - in a great location for Cala d'Or/Cala Ferrera. Easy walk down to the beach - takes only a few minutes. Short walk into the main part of town for restaurants and shops.

Everything about the house was amazing! Very comfortable and clean. We stayed there with two families, and it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend to eat at least one day in restaurant cala ferrera!
