This hotel felt like home. It’s a beautiful & charming place in a great location.
The list would be too long to enumerate all the reasons why anyone who wants to have some rest in the northern part of the island should choose this property. But this is the best !!!
The staff is beyond professional… they are lovely and they all want to make you feel comfortable from day one. The whole team (from the reception, valet, bartenders, waiters, cooks & cleaning ladies and I’m sure I’m forgetting some people - sorry) is exceptional!
The two pools with sun-beds are a great place to relax and read (there is a great library where you can choose any books you wish).
The restaurant is beautiful and food is excellent. I literally did not have any single meal outside the hotel.
My room was extremely large and comfortable.
I regret leaving the hotel, I wish I had stayed longer!
I will be back for sure as soon as possible!

The most amazing holiday. This hotel is intimate with beautiful interiors. Facilities were clean and staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything! Food in the hotel was amazing, we also found a couple of gems within 5 minute walk. Was the perfect, relaxing stay - we will be back for sure!

Ample car parking, which can be a problem in Mallorca.
A couple of really good little restaurants, especially Modesto and Cala Barques, both of which serve amazing food.
The pharmacist should be avoided at all costs as a) they're prices are exorbitant and b) the lady in the shop is extremely rude

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful location which was just what we wanted for a quiet stay. Easy to get around the island by car. No TV which was perfect, but would have liked WiFi access in room. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and sitting outside on the terrace with a view was idyllic. Hostel could do with some TLC, but all in all a lovely few days in Mallorca. Ate at a couple of local restaurants where we found the food was very good.

It was such a heartwarming gesture, especially since we were on our honeymoon. The hotel's thoughtful attention to our special occasion made our stay even more memorable. This hotel is a treat, located on the slope of Cala St Vicente overlooking the bay. It’s not all new and shiny, but that is a pro as the place has character. It’s quiet, simple, and exudes a vibe that really gets you into vacation mode. And, whenever you feel like it, the more busy Port de Pollença is only 10-15 minutes away by car. I stayed at Los Pinos for a couple of nights for cycling trips in the beautiful North of Mallorca and can only recommend it. Also great value for money.
I stayed for 9 days at Cala Sant Vicenc in a Junior Suite. The room was spacious, huge bed, large terrace with a beautiful view.
The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach.
I give 5 stars to the hotel because of one big reason: the staff was hugely welcoming, professional, warm. Especially Jose, Alonso, Lucia and the blonde lady who always welcomes you with a smile during the morning breakfast.
I have rarely seen such services.

Fantastic location, short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Hotel is in a quiet area and a perfect setting.
Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice with a cheeky glass of Cava for those who want to holiday in style. Made even better by Cecelia who was lovely, attentive and looked after her guests every need at breakfast.
Great supply of toiletries in the bathroom with nice bathrobes and plenty of hangers in the wardrobes.

An amazing hotel! My family and I had a wonderful holiday here. The staff are what makes the place so exceptional. They are so professional and friendly and super helpful! 
The pool is lovely with great views of the beach. We came at the very start of June and you could always get a lounge chair by the pool. The food at the bar by the pool was also very good.
You definitely need a car here as there is almost no local restaurants for shops.
Perfect location, the beach was beautiful and had various options (snokeling, cliffjumping etc).
The room was spaciuos and the food was tasty, dinner changed every night. We recommend to buy the all-inclusive drink package - its a very good deal.
Parking was free in the city and we always found free parking space close to the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay there and we would definetly choose this hotel if we visit Mallorca again!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled extensively. The hotel was expansive yet intimate. The decor was stunning. The food was excellent and a good value. The view was spectacular from every part of the hotel.

Although this location is great on a beautiful beach, it is quite a noisy hotel. The female staff were helpful but some of the male staff were really rude. Parking is only available up the road, but is no cost.
Located next to the beach, the hotel is perfect if you just want to hang out at the beach. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff is extremely friendly.
