The list would be too long to enumerate all the reasons why anyone who wants to have some rest in the northern part of the island should choose this property. But this is the best !!!
The staff is beyond professional… they are lovely and they all want to make you feel comfortable from day one. The whole team (from the reception, valet, bartenders, waiters, cooks & cleaning ladies and I’m sure I’m forgetting some people - sorry) is exceptional!
The two pools with sun-beds are a great place to relax and read (there is a great library where you can choose any books you wish).
The restaurant is beautiful and food is excellent. I literally did not have any single meal outside the hotel.
My room was extremely large and comfortable.
I regret leaving the hotel, I wish I had stayed longer!
I will be back for sure as soon as possible!

The most amazing holiday. This hotel is intimate with beautiful interiors. Facilities were clean and staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything! Food in the hotel was amazing, we also found a couple of gems within 5 minute walk. Was the perfect, relaxing stay - we will be back for sure!

Ample car parking, which can be a problem in Mallorca.
A couple of really good little restaurants, especially Modesto and Cala Barques, both of which serve amazing food.
The pharmacist should be avoided at all costs as a) they're prices are exorbitant and b) the lady in the shop is extremely rude

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Peaceful location which was just what we wanted for a quiet stay. Easy to get around the island by car. No TV which was perfect, but would have liked WiFi access in room. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and sitting outside on the terrace with a view was idyllic. Hostel could do with some TLC, but all in all a lovely few days in Mallorca. Ate at a couple of local restaurants where we found the food was very good.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and were informed that we had received a room upgrade with a spectacular sea view. It was such a heartwarming gesture, especially since we were on our honeymoon. The hotel's thoughtful attention to our special occasion made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and can't wait to return for future celebrations!

There's a restaurant just 2 minutes walking from the property, "Modesto", beautiful quiet garden and amazing food.
This is the right place to stay in the north/west. Very close to Pollenca and Alcudia.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. I booked it as a suprise for my fiance for her birthday and it couldn't have been better. The hotel helped arranging suprises for her and the customer service was second to none. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and our dinner in the restaurant was amazing too, make sure you book so you get a table. The hotel has a great free spa too which you can use which was incredible. I would recommend staying here to anyone and can't thank the hotel enough, looking forward to coming back!!
Spacious apartment with terrace and roof terrace couple of meters from the beach. Located in one of the many small towns of Mallorca, with gorgeous beach right in front, plenty of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a rental car, so we welcomed the option to park in the underground garage. Our hosts were very fast to respond to couple of issues we had, all were resolved within a day. There are several shops, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance from the apartment.
An amazing hotel! My family and I had a wonderful holiday here. The staff are what makes the place so exceptional. They are so professional and friendly and super helpful! 
The pool is lovely with great views of the beach. We came at the very start of June and you could always get a lounge chair by the pool. The food at the bar by the pool was also very good.
You definitely need a car here as there is almost no local restaurants for shops.
A very nice hotel with sea view. Had a beautiful and clean room. The cleaning lady was very dedicated on doing her job perfectly. The staff was also very nice and friendly. During the day there are some nice activities like pool sports and in the evening bingo/live music. Had as well big variety of food but the taste wasn’t the best.
