The place is like an oasis! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the service is exceptional. The yard has a big pool and a nice garden in front of the rooms. The place has really good vibes! Checking in and getting to the room, even late at night, was a breeze thanks to the hotel staff and their instructions.

It is hard to give a true reflection of Cala d' Or as it was out of season which was surprisingly quiet. Everything was closed in the Week that we visited (19th - 22nd December) We are going to return in April 2024

Some restaurants are really good (we've been in several different ones)! Most restaurants and bars are in "down town" where are running sounding parties.
For vacationers which love quietness it's to recommend searching for outlying hotel.

Very family friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of nice restaurants - we had a great evening in Cafe Fernando, very tasty food & live music. Lovely down at the marina, definitely recommend a visit it down there to look around the boats and also for an evening meal / drinks - we ate at S’ancora & it was fantastic, had drinks in YaYa and the food looked good there too.
We tried to get the mini train a few times. The first time it didn’t turn up we checked the QR code & it was out of service, then another couple of times it just didn’t show 😞

Nice resort,Very busy and restaurants of high quality are few.
Soy is a great restaurant if you like asian food, particularly their Japanese offerings which were superb and the staff were great.
Safe to walk around, many pedestrian areas sandlots of shops and good supermarkets.
It's a lovely place which I have visited many times but it does seem to be veering towards one of those resorts which is changing with lots of pretty low level bars and restaurants which it didn't used to have in years gone by.

Drach Caves were enjoyable, only tour done. Beaches were near hotel, but small strips between peninsulas, parking at Esmerelda easy, but not for Cala Gran. Port area has some really nice restaurant's there, but we were not disappointed with any meals we had in Cala D'Or Centre or the Port area, but we researched well beforehand. The Centre has more selection, mostly bars, Port is likely to have better restaurants though, book in advance though, each night in Port area, people were being turned away as places were booked out, easy to book online as well for most, Port/Centre.
Great location in Cala d'or within 5/10 minutes walk to 3 calas. Also only few minutes walk to the center of cala d'or with all the restaurants and shops. Very central spot to go see the south of Mallorca as close to many beautiful beaches and calas.
The room is very spacious and has a large balcony with a couple of chairs and where to hang up washing.
You can easily park for free in the street, or get private parking from hotel for 5EUR. Nice and helpful staff, they gave us good recommendations on best beaches in the area.
The warm welcome with good and complete information, very friendly and willing charming staff. You feel that the staff is doing this job with passion and dedication.

It was super clean we went all inclusive and to be honest they couldn’t feed you enough it was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Staff were friendly helpful .it was very clean pools were cleaned everyday . I would defiantly recommend and if there are any bad reviews not to listen to them I have been and I speak volumes about this hotel .
Apartment we had was nice for two people, AC working well and everything at walking distance. The yoga in de morning on the beach is a very nice addition. The city itself is overloaded with tourists so it is nice to have some own space. The people working at the facility are very nice and explain everything really well!
Breakfast was great, you have a wonderful choice and staff is very kind and polite. Room are not so big, but big enough to be confortable

The hotel location was absolutely great! Close to so many restaurants and so many Calas (beaches), the one bedroom appt was amazing. Very clean and renovated with all what you need in a small kitchenette.
