Staff were lovely, very inviting. They helped with any questions we had. The inside of the hotel is stunning, and the location was perfect for us, as we were passing by and it is close to the motorway. For central Sevilla it is not far but you do need a car or to catch a bus/metro. I believe the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the nearest metro. Views from the room were lovely. The rooms look refurbished and clean. Pool is excellent

The room was big, cozy, well equiped, with nice , clean bathroom. All rrquired things were in place. Also very nice to get personilized message on the card eith wishes. Breackfast was also nice, but onlyone type of warm food - eggs in one form. Otherwise there are lots of snacks, cheese.

Marco who is the property manager was very kind and helpful with recommendations, etc. He also prepared breakfast which was sufficient enough. The property provides free parking and pool on premises. However, the overall experience was not as good as we hoped for.

Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. We had a car and did not want to drive into Seville so booked this hotel. It turned out to be a great location as the metro was just across the road and in 15 mins we were in the heart of Seville. The hotel provided underground parking 3 Euro per day. Would definitely recommend.

It is a little further from Seville but very accessible by car. Exceptional service; even when dealing with items that were forgotten at the hotel, they made it very simple to recover one week later. Absolutely recommended.
