Great hotel in the centre of a beautiful town. Good sized rooms, big comfortable bed and friendly staff. They have a garage around the corner to store our bikes. Because it’s in the heart of the town, it can’t be helped that the traffic noise starts early. We really enjoyed our stay.

They have a big common/lounge room area, with books and other things, and comfortable seating - really a very nice area. We were only staying a night so didn't use it but for those on a longer stay, or looking to rest and relax indoors more, that could be great.
Staff very friendly and helpful, patient when we were digging around for passports for quite a while in rucksacks.
We were a family of 4 - we were given a sort of 2-in-1 room situation - one main door to access, then two rooms, and bathroom in the middle. Which was a very nice bonus, we weren't all crammed into one as I'd expected when booking a quadruple. I don't know if that's how it always is there.
Good location just a couple of streets back from the beach, near to bus stops and train station.
This small hotel is located in a quiet area just 1.5 km from Playa de Orio Beach and offers free WiFi throughout, a sun terrace and a garden.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming owner. Free prosecco, sangria, cake and popcorn was a lovely touch.

Reception service was incorrect ( no feedback on our complaints) service at the bar, terras, and Bistro was very slow, and bad due lack of staff. Food in Bistro is far below par. The room is too small, no privacy in the bathroom. Shower in the bathtub big no-no.
Waist of time as we used this hotel as a transit hotel, but the hotel was far away from the highway, and was not worth the detour.
A beautiful 300 year old mansion completely refurbished emerged into Basque countryside. Ideal place for 3 days hideout. The hotel has its own excellent gourmet restaurant Bailara (to be booked in advance) with amazing dishes and excellent relation quality/price.
A very stylish but comfortable hotel in a beautiful location. So relaxing and the staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Our room was luxurious and the food really excellent. Highly recommend!
