Hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good central location for beach and old town. We had a very late check in and staff had kindly left beautiful salads in dining room. Breakfast was good with enough choice to suit all. Dinner was mostly Spanish menu but not a problem as plenty of good cheap restaurants around if you want something different. Room for 3 people was spacious with great air conditioning. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen changed every other day I think. Pool area good, very clean with plenty of sun beds

Most Bars have very loud, repetitive music. They mainly cater for younger people who like to have a few drinks. Not so great for 80 year olds (I used to be in a rock band!). They closed down the Mini Golf - bad move.

I love Benidorm it has something for everyone.
I love Benidorm it has something for everyone. The old town with the Balcon de Mediterraneo and a more Spanish feel. Lots of great hotels and bars and restaurants. The seafront promenade is lovely to have a stroll along to look out to Benidorm rock.Despite what people think it’s not full of English people the Spanish live it too especially in august when Spain shuts down for holidays.People who have never been slate it but I went once and now I’m hooked.Try it you won’t be disappointed

Benidorm is what you want it to be.
Benidorm is what you want it to be. There’s a vast array of nightclubs, discos, tribute acts and craziness in the British square area or old town is beautiful authentic with all the tapas alleys. There are some beautiful places around Benidorm to take trips to. The beachfront is lovely at nights for a stroll or just people watching. Really whatever you want is there for your choice.

Benidorm has a bad reputation (mainly about Brits abroad), however there is plenty to do for everyone - so much more than the famous rowdy strip.
Benidorm Old Town is beautiful, lots of sights to see. Would recommend heading to ‘Tapas Alley’ on Calla Santo Domingo. Levante Beach is great if you love music, bars and beach activities, whereas Poniente Beach is more relaxed - full of locals, families and great for swimming.
The Strip is on and around Calle Gerona and has a mixture of bars, nightclubs and cabaret venues. We saw some great shows & bands (The Greatest Showman at Phillipines 10 was excellent). If heading to the strip be ready to be enthusiastically invited into multiple bars with the offers of free shots. Check out Benidorm Seriously on Google for a nightly lists of cabaret shows, times and locations (sure helpful)
We used public transport to and from the airport (€8 each way, bring cash) and also got a taxi down the road to Mundomar (animal park with a variety of great shows) - tickets €20 for half a day which is plenty. There’s a number of theme parks and water parks within a 15 min drive.
Finally, a trip to Guadalest (ancient village up in the hills) and Fonts de Algar (waterfalls) is a must. Can probably do both in one day as they are close together. Really beautiful and you can swim in the waterfalls if you wish. Loca buses available to both areas.
beautiful hotel! hard to say it’s 3* felt like a little luxury boutique hotel! the gentleman on check-in was delightful. I live in Benidorm but has an issue with my apartment and he gave me the best room
in the hours which on the 4th floor and on the corner and I think it’s 402. they are the dearer rooms but very nice and huge! immaculate and brand new interiors to the hotel, it’s been refurbished or rebuilt extremely recently. right in the heart of old town, cannot be more central, and the bed was so comfortable!
Extremely clean hotel and perfect for our one night stay in Benidorm. Great location to the strip and getting to the beach. Pool area was good although we didn’t access it very much during our 24 hours. Seemed like the hotel was good for families and activities were going on throughout the day. Food for breakfast was a very good selection with something for everyone. Reception staff were friendly and always on hand to get us a taxi when we needed it to get to Old Town and the bus station.
Excellent location, in centre of Old Town around the corner from Tapas Alley, easy for both sides (Levante & Poinette) of Benidorm. Hotel was clean, Rooms a little tired, but it added to the character, and was more than functional. Breakfast was more than adequate, staff, very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay again.. 👍🏽👍🏽
Don't expect a 5* hotel on a 3* budget. Having said that, we found it to be good value for what we paid..
Close to Benidorm old town and the beach. The hotel was clean and generally well maintained.
All the staff were helpful.
The breakfast was a buffet style, English and continental.
This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location minutes from the old town. The staff were exceptional and this would always be my first choice if visiting benidorm again. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
