Marta is just an amazing host, and her dog and cat were also a good company. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were all very good equiped and everything was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is shared with other rented room, which was empty during our visit, so we had bathroom all for ourselves.
Additional bonus: she has a piano and we were also able to play on it!

The main desk attendant was so incredibly friendly, very helpful and always had a smile for everyone that came over to ask her a question. The hotel itself was very well kept and perfect location. Parking was a bit difficult but we still managed to find spaces. Not sure what it would be like in high season as we arrived a few weeks before high season.
