The staff were great. Really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception and the ladies in the cafeteria/bar. The bathroom had just been decorated so was clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. It was in a good location as just a couple of minutes to the ferry to visit Cies Islands and also to walk around town. Bonus for us was secure parking a few doors away. You do have to pay but in a city only to be expected

Pleasant enough. Staff was friendly and ready to help. The location is fantastic and the room's view was pretty good for those who like urban environments. Nice utilities. Breakfast was nice. Minibar was a plus.

Nice breakfast. Spacious rain shower / wet room combined with full size bathtub. Location was good - opposite Gran Vía de Vigo shopping mall, bus terminal and train station allowing us to take a short train ride to Pontevedra for a day trip.

Location was excellent as we were meeting a Cruise Ship at the Terminal Area. Short walk into main street and town square. Room was a good size, comfortable and no road noise.

The reception lady Laura was so friendly and generous. She recommended a nice restaurant and gave advice on transportation. I booked a small room for myself. It was small but enough for an individual and it was tidy. The hotel also took care of my luggage for free after I checked out, so I was able to walk around the city for a while.
