Easy to rent, reach, and hand over when arriving and leaving. Friendly owner and a good location for us to meet all the people we wanted to meet and get to all the locations we needed to visit. A bonus was the fact that for the festivities bus travel was free. Unexpected but it helped to get around Murcia city easily

The hotel is newer and feels spacious and clean. The rooms have a decent amount of space. The bed is very comfortable and large. The shower water is nice and hot. The neighborhood is friendly, although there are not many restaurants directly next to the hotel.

There was an Ecuadorian girl at the reception kind and really helpful. It is really hot in the room but there is air conditioning.

I was stranded at the airport, found this hotel on the spot, although, language was a barrier as I speak English and the receptionist speaks Spanish, they were still able to help me navigate. The receptionist Maria, went above and beyond, and even spoke with my friend that speaks Spanish to help, and also assisted me in finding my taxi back to the airport. Very good experience, outstanding! God bless!
Loads. Super close to Murcia Airport, lovy and helpful staff, great restaurant next door, good coffee in the hotel in the morning. Clean room. Just very convenient and we'd recommend it for an early departure or late arrival. Definitely.
The hotel was so noisy with someone actually screaming in the middle of the night I can't imagine why there wasn't.a member of staff to deal wirh it otherwise totally acceptable wirh a nice restaurant over the road to have lunch
The hotel is basic but it works. We had a twin room. The beds were firm but we slept well and the aircon was excellent. The person in charge when we were there was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel would have been rated very good but the sewage was releasing repugnant smell into the room from the bathroom and choked me all night. I was very uncomfortable with the smell.
