On arrival the reception team were very welcoming, happy to help & great recommendations for small authentic restaurant which was outstanding - Aioli also craft beer was great. Breakfast was also really good, omelettes made to order lovely

Lovely stay unforeseen as we could not get into France as the farmers were blocking the road .Angle in the breakfast room was a delight and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.A little gem, unlike the Maitre D in the evening dining room, he needs to smile more and not be so uptight.

What a lovely hotel! The response was very quick. Clear directions and easy access. It is located in a small village near Vielha, making it a great location with a lovely view of the mountains. Excellent host and the included breakfast was delicious. Also the best coffee in Spain, by the way. Would highly recommend staying here. The room was clean and tidy and we had a wonderful stay. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Glad we decided to end our trip at Hotelet de Betlan.

The hotel provides a quirky but wonderfully comfortable environment that cannot be matched by modern hotels. Its unique style may not suit everyone but we selected the hotel because of this and were not disappointed. The personal, friendly reception matched our mental image of the architecture. It all just worked. We would definitely come here again. It is a destination.

Very cosy hotel, the room was very comfortable. bright, with beautiful views on the river and mountains behind. Very thoughtful touches in the room.
Staff was extremely kind and helpful as well.
1) The road next to it doesn’t bother at all - it is overall very peaceful surroundings 2) it is very well located to visit the Valley, and for dinner or shopping Vielha is 5mn away by car and you have easy parking just on the way
The rooms were large and comfy, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and big. The Hotel has a Gym, Sauna, pool, and a games room what more could anyone ask for???
Breakfast was more than adequate and our waitress(es) really looked after us.
The staff were lovely, and made us feel that we were being looked after as friends not hotel guests. we loved it.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were tidy and spacious. The meals in the restaurant are fine, but not the best ever. We had a Paella, and it was good, followed by Creme Catalan and Flan as desert. These two were also good, but not the best we have had on our stay in Spain. Parking is provided for free outside the hotel, which is safe and sufficient.
location is grate near to the butiful Aran valley and the Aigotortes national park ! room is nice and comfortable.

great place, we travelled with dogs and the hotel has accommodated amazingly. the room was spacious, with huge terrace for the dogs, with super cute bowls and treats. the staff super super friendly and helpful, and the location beautiful 💖
