Everything about our stay with Anita and Steve was amazing. Beautiful location, fabulous accommodation, and perfect hosts. Anita had thought of Everything you could need during the stay and provided it and more!The accommodation is situated to allow guests complete privacy. We had breakfast provided on the veranda of Anita and Steve villa. What was really special was they took coffee with us and talked for as long as we wanted. Providing answers to all the many questions we had regarding the area and life in spain. Wherever we went around Arbolease, everyone knew of Anita and Steve and were thought of very highly! Don't hesitate about booking just do it!

We had an amazing stay at Lavender Lodge and this was down to the wonderful hospitality shown to us by Wag the owner. We were made to feel at home straight from the start with a very much my home is your home feel and nothing was too much trouble even down to the telephone calls we had to make to estate agents and solicitors as my phone was not connecting. The garden and terrace are very pretty with a good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds to catch the sun but also shade if needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was very peaceful when we visited (April) and we had some nice walks. Perhaps could do with another supermarket. Locals were very friendly and staff in restaurants and bars were very efficient and friendly. Not to expensive to eat and dink in all of the places that we visited.

pretty little town very steep hills but worth walking around to enjoy the atmosphere of a typical Spanish town. Plenty of places to eat, nice park to sit and the tower on the hill gives a good panoramic view of the area. In April the air is full of the scent of orange blossom.
Great location in El Rincon subdivision of Arboleas. The owners are wonderful - so friendly and helpful. They suggested a great place to eat not far away and made us feel right at home! Ask for Room Number One which has a large privcate terrace if travelling as a couple (as it has only one double bed). Excellent breakfast in the morning - on Fridays nights they can also prepare dinner but we did not ask for that. Two very friendly residents young cats that they rescued (BONUS points for that in my books) :) :)
A very pleasant stay we had here in Villa Marhaba. Very calm and quite place surrounded with the beautiful mountains of Arboleas in Almeria. We were greeted on arrival at the villa for collection of the keys and any questions we had about our stay. Also contactable via WhatsApp and through Booking.com. Friendly and helpful as we spoke to the owner of this villa due to a question we had. Please note the cooker is operated through the dials on the oven.
There wasn't a menu, but we could request what we wanted. To begin with there was loads of fresh fruit to choose from, more than some 3 or 4 star hotels.
It was a quiet location within a lovely small village. There was a gorgeous garden with swimming pool and plenty of beds/chairs..
Deana, the owner, made us both very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. I am hoping to go back next year.

We were made to feel very welcome, loved Anita and Steve, great couple. Everything we needed and more and nothing too much trouble.
I would definately rate this as a 10, we have travelled round Spain and stayed in many hotels but this was by far the best place.

Many thanks to Anita and Steve for their hospitality and insight into life in Arboleas. Photographs do not do the accommodation justice - very clean and the apartment is to a very high standard. The plentiful breakfast in the morning was very much appreciated and set us up for a day of sightseeing and house viewing in the area.
Really friendly and accommodating. Fresh and clean smell constantly. Ideal position if viewing or purchasing a villa/holiday home in Arboleas. Easy walking distance and next door is a supermarket who have absolutely everything and are again really friendly.
My parents live i the apeadero area of arboleas, a 10 minute walk from the Meson so the location was perfect for us. The rooms are basic but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, the hotel was quiet. Ideal for us and will be using it again
