Out of the way location but lovely. Nice interior, comfy beds, and good shower. Lovely walk up the steep hill at the back of the prooerty with beautiful views at the top. We visited in the winter so did not use the outside but the heating was very efficient which was very useful for evenings and mornings.

We loved the size of the property and how much space there was.
The fact it was home from home and had everything available to us especially in the kitchen.
The host had excellent communication and always tried to accommodate us.
The outside pool area was good especially the Jacuzzi was amazing.

Very clean, good facilities, perfect location and staff very friendly and helpful! We stayed at the Sky building and everything was perfect, good selection of pools, the view from the sky terrace is breathtaking day and night! Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting without kids!

Very clean, comfortable accommodation and surroundings and very pleasant hosts. While the facilities are basic, it is exactly what we wanted and expected and were very pleased with the peace and quiet. Very remote but as we were not hiking and Andratx is a short drive away this was never a problem. Excellent, value for money evening meal which we were able to enjoy in the company of other guests. Some issues with maintenance but hosts have confirmed that these will be addressed immediately and ongoing. Certainly considering a slightly longer stay in the future.

Port Andraxt is a lovely sailing harbour set in a wonderful location surrounded by mountains.
It has a cosmopolitan feel and attracts independent travellers who tend to be well attired, well behaved and not short of a bob or two.
This is a really lovely house with a beautiful garden, a great shaded outside seating/ dining area where we spent most of our time & an outstanding large pool.
The location is really good - a 5 minute drive to the shops & restaurants at Port D’Andratx or to Andraxt town in the other direction & lovely beaches about 10mins drive away.
There’s a great cycle route close by.
Comfortable beds! & nice views from the upstairs bedrooms.

Unic Hotel opened this June and is a great new option for staying right in the heart of Andratx, close to the restaurants on the main plaza, and with parking available in the street. Very nicely refurbished Mallorquin town house with typical tiles and shutters, but with a touch of modern design. The price is very good value. The owners went out of their way to make my stay ideal. Look forward to the free espresso in the lobby!
We love to stay in authentic, locally owned properties when we travel and so this was perfect for us. We really felt like we were in Spain! Very different from a hotel vibe of Magaluf etc! The owner was really helpful and lovely and they cooked us a lovely dinner the first night. If you are looking to have an authentic experience off the beaten track, this is the place for you.
I left my wallet with passport/credit-cards/license/cash in the back seat of a taxi that brought us from Palma airport to Andratx. The hotel owner/manager managed to trace the taxi next day, collected the wallet from the taxi in Palma and had it delivered to me free of charge to Andratx. That is 5-star customer service!!
Hotel was very clean and central.
A really lovely place to stay. This isn't hotel accommodation but that's part of the charm of staying here. We kept warm with the wood burning stove on a cold February evening. The bedroom didn't have heating but the blankets were plenty warm enough. And we were treated to an exceptional evening meal.
The hotel had remote activated entry. It was room only. No contact with staff except through a phone number. Coffee and tea available in the entrance foyer. Reasonably central for restaurants and town square.
Great location, easy to get taxis to camp de mar and port andratx yet secluded enough to be away from the business
