It was in a great location, it was clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. We had one or two minor issues, which were sorted immediately.

This resort is perfect if you're looking for a chilled out holiday. I would highly recommend hiring a car during your stay to venture out a bit, especially if your staying more than 1 week as the entertainment bars and restaurants are a bit limited and the on site supermarket is priced slightly higher than others a short drive away in Campasol, however they are working on some really nice upgrades to the Al Kasar which will be finished for 2025.
Most of the staff are very nice and attentive, but there were a selected few that didn't serve us well. I would definitely go again. I would also recommend Military Cars for car hire, the guys are extremely helpful, polite and informative about local attractions and the cars are very reasonably priced and good on fuel. They also do airport transfers. The Clover Bar is the most lively, the Bakoa Bar is more peaceful but also has entertainment. The best restaurant in our opinion is LaCopa as it is fairly priced and the food has never disappointed.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed we slept in was super comfortable. The kitchen space works well, along with the lounge area too. Great views from the roof terrace of the mountains and the gardens, which are very well kept and looked after. The apartment was great value for money. The booking with the owner/s so easy to deal with, they were friendly and responded really quickly. We would definitely book the beautiful apartment again, if it was available ☺️

Alhama de Murcia is really only the main town in the area.
Alhama de Murcia is really only the main town in the area. People would not be visiting the town; but the surrounding area of the Sierra de Espuña is the main attraction in the region - fantastic scenery, activities, wildlife and birdlife.

We have been to Condado de Alhama Golf Resort in autumn and...
We have been to Condado de Alhama Golf Resort in autumn and winter. In early October there were still plenty of restaurants open on the complex but by November only about 3. The supermarket is small but has everything you need. When we visited the complex was very quiet, which suited us. We came mainly for the great cycling (on and off road). You need a rental car as there are very few buses. It is only 15 minutes drive to the nearest town (Alhama de Murcia). In early October the weather was very warm (highs of 28 degrees Celsius, lows of 16 degrees) but very different by the end of November (highs of 24 degrees, lows of 10 degrees, some rain). Apparently it gets extremely hot in summer. If visiting in winter you need to ensure you are in a south facing apartment, with heating.

We visited for the fiesta on Hispanic Day and the procession through the streets was brilliant with a lot of effort put into it. Everyone was having a great time. Would totally recommend it to everyone!

Friendliness of staff and practical room. Walk in shower useful. And a lift if you have mobility problems. Close to my daughter for a visit but also very handy for local coffee and cake establishments. Food in the hotel was top notch and professional service. Parking opposite free and always a space. Maybe not on Tuesday morning market day.
Very convenient location, with plenty of parking nearby. Room was clean, a good size and comfy. Hotel has an excellent restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A two night break to celebrate a friends milestone anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean, food was excellent and staff were very attentive.
