Everything went good as we expected,since we came late in hotel (about 00.15h) just needed to check in hotel across the street.We've booked a loft,which one was very good,clean,with comfortable beds.
Breakfast was also good,with kind of more choice,coffee very delicious I may say.Every communication with staff was on professional level,what we asked they gave us.

The aircon in the room was not working. The hotel promised to refund 50% of the booking fees. After several days, the refund did not happen at all. Tried to follow up but there is no response from the hotel at all.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful and our room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy. The location suited us well and there are a wealth of restaurants within easy walking distance to suit all pockets. We would happily return.
If we did have one tiny complaint it was the bed was a bit hard for us.

This is a great apartment hotel about 7kms from the centre of Valencia. It is really not near any transport as far as we can see but if you have a car as we did its a great place to drive into Valencia centre and park in a car park or alternatively go to the nearest metro station and take the metro in. The apartments are very comfortable with a small kitchen. We had a two bed apartment which basically had one king bed or twin and a single, but there was a sofa bed in the lounge as well - also two bathrooms. I think not having a kettle and toaster in the kitchen was probably the only negative on the apartment. The price of the apartment is far cheaper than staying right in town so it really depends on what you are looking for - space or being central
Very convenient location for us: right outside of Valencia city, close to the highway and on the way to the south.
There is a very convenient and free underground carpark on site.
The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a good ensuite bathroom.
Breakfast was OK with a rather good selection of options.
We found a limited number of restaurants in the close proximity.
Overall, we were happy with our choice of hotel for our overnight stay.
Patricia who is assigned to the check/ in counter is the I have ever met in all of our travels. She is professional and quite helpful. She maintains a calm composure while dealing with clients regardless of the situation, whether person-to-person conversations or speaking to a client on the phone. Kudos to her. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel tells cleanliness to a high level. The room was and smelled very clean.

The hotel has a small private garden with lawn and large trees adjacent to the bar with outside table and chairs. This was a delightful place in which to enjoy a glass of wine.
Standard ibis continental breakfast was kept well stocked.
Very nice room, bed comfortable. We did not have any problem with noise from the street (I saw some opinions it might be loud). Free underground parking, hotel is located in commercial district, plenty shops and restaurants around. If you travel by car it is very good location, not too far from city center and nice beach (El Saler).

Check in was super easy and there is free parking below the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was reliable. Good business stop, especially with the breakfast buffet.
The location was great, just on the outskirts of Valencia, away from the busy city, still in a giant business park qhere you can find everything you need! Plus free underground parking which was amazing!

By taxi, it is only 15min far from the city center. Alfafar has also a train station.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops around.
Good hotel for 1 star. Got 2 rooms next to each other as requested. Breakfast included, continental but sufficient. Parking available. Comfortable public areas. 5 min drive to train station.
The room was very comfortable with king size bed. Hotel has its own free parking. Overall value for money is excellent. We did not use any facilities, but there is a pool and the gym.
