Beautifully restored house, all brand new - even a new and cosy fire place - in the middle of a very friendly village. Nearby all facilities, don't forget to visit the local sympathic bakery with wood-oven baked bread, fresh every day. We had a marvellous week. Thanks to the very helpful owners, the beautiful nature in the surrounding, La Cimbarra and the very friendly people from the village. Gracias a todos!

Location is very good when travelling down to Southern Spain. The hotel is ideally located in Santa Elena next to the highway A4. The hotel is at the edge of the lovely parque natural de despeñaperros, and it is easily accessible via car, bike and/or by foot. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, a basic accommodation that is simple without any frills, but it is also clean and comes with complimentary continental breakfast.

-on a farm . visit to see the bulls (pay extra for the 4x4 trip but well worth it - feed the animals etc guide amazing ) -a real getaway from it all . bring a book .. be prepared to switch off - superb outdoor space /pool plenty of places to sit outside and relax but .....courtyard gardens could do with some TLC and a tidy up (lots of weeds in flower beds in front of our room) and not just because it was April -shared living rooms with beautiful furniture /fire/pictures, dining area very nice -staff lovely (especially Romana) -views amazing - lots of wonderful birds to listen to and watch

My friends and I had an amazing time at at this beautiful house in Santa Elena. The house was incredibly clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms and private bathrooms helped everyone feel comfortable. We stayed in February and are planning to return in summer so we can enjoy the outdoor space and pool!
