Everything was super super comfy, breakfast was good. We forgot our travel adapter in our room after contacting the hotel, they it aside at the reception so that we could come and collect it after few days. Dove brand toiletry products, bath tub, towels. Everything was great. Thank you.

The room was lovely, well more like a mini suite really, it had a walk in wardrobe with sink and a seperate toilet. It was clean cool and the beds were comfy. Parking on site a bonus. There was an Italian restaurant over the road which served amazingly good food and service, highly recommened it !! A great stay for those wanting to visit the Oceanigraphic etc, which was well worth a visit. Overall a must stay hotel which we will be visiting again !!!!

Really enjoyed my stay, my only complaint is the beds are very soft, but that’s subjective of course. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.
Very good budget hotel near the airport. Definitely value for money. Small but comfortable room, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is very modest but you can eat. Stuff is very nice and always ready to help, unfortunately not everyone speaks English at decent level. There is a restaurant that works in the evening where you can grab a bite. Hotel resides near big shopping mall and outlet center, where you can also eat or go for shopping.
Most of the Holiday Inn Express room size are almost the same. Room was just nice with a sofa bed open for family of 4 (with 2 small children). Shower water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good with varieties of selection.
Next to the hotel is the Centre Commercial Bonaire where Primark and Alcampo shopping canter around it. Many restaurant around if hanging around at Bonaire area.

The hotel room we got is clean, have an okay space and the bathroom is not congested too. They provided clean towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The place is quite too.

We stayed with a large work group and the hotel was very accommodating, before, during and after stay. Early breakfast was arranged and they were understanding when one of our colleagues was unable to travel and waived the no-show fees. Everything was made easy and effortless by the lovely staff.
Our family arrived at the hotel very late to check in. The long-haired female staff at the reception desk had a first-class smile and cheerful working attitude. She also arranged for us to buy tickets for the aquarium and science museum immediately. We will definitely come back to stay again.
Location is good when you are with car. Parking is private. Room was cleaned every day from personal. Have option for freakfast to pay in the morning if decide. The mall Bonaire is priceless nn 3 minutes walking behind the hotel and there have plenty of options for lunch or dinner.
Very helpful and cheerful staff. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good number of sockets. Good choice of food for breakfast. Dinner was tasty and served fast and efficiently. Lovely swimming pool was a bonus.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Multiple shopping and food establishments were a few hundred meters away. Additionally, it was a short drive to many of Valencia's attractions. Breakfast also had a good variety.
Very friendly reception, quite a funky design. Room was quite big and the bathroom shower was much bigger than normal. Right next door to a Commercial Centre so lots of rest and shops there. Menu in hotel pretty basic.
I like the beacht/tropical theme from the hotel. It was clean and the staff is super nice.
