Everything about this hotel was pleasing. Checkin was smooth and efficient, the bar and pool areas were clean and well staffed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with lovely soaps and shampoos.
Although the hotel was busy, the room was very quiet at night.
The beachfront and access was easy and well maintained and just a short walk to the marina area.
WiFi was a little weak but probably due to the volume of users.
We were sorry we only had time to stay for one night.

It's always nice when reality exceeds expectations, as in this case! Excellent apartments in a comfortable and beautiful complex. Attentive and respectful staff - our overnight check-in was great, thanks to good organization and participation. The location is excellent - close to the beach, city center, bus stop and supermarket. The rooms is cozy and comfortable. Yes, it feels like the furniture is quite old, but this is not critical, since everything functions. We really liked everything - just the option, when you want to come back.

This camping site is amazing, so well organised, the pool is clean and looked after, the chalets are so clean, great layout and well equipped (including air conditioning unit). The outside looks like paradise, so many tropical plants, it’s so green (some plants smell beautifully at night)! The beach nearby is mostly rocky, but my children enjoyed so much snorkelling there all day, watching fish and marina life. We saw amazing giant jellyfish, it was stunning! We were sad to leave but hopefully we will be returning next year! I highly recommend this camping place! Thank you for this amazing experience!

Alcossebre is a pleasant town with numerous beaches to visit. There is a large selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from. One of the main things to remember is that the shops close for siesta time between 2pm and 6pm. If driving the one-way system can be confusing, the town like many others in Spain lacks public conveniences.

The town itself is a pretty little seaside place with cafes and restaurants and a mixture of local shops and the usual touristy ones.
The beach is lovely, flat, soft sand, lots of space and lovely for both walks along the shoreline and swimming. At the time of year I visited it was quiet and seemed a lovely place for families. There are play parks for little kids too.
It's also a good base for walks into the nearby mountains, but I'm not fit enough for that so I don't know what they're like.

This was our first visit to Alcossebre.
This was our first visit to Alcossebre. We had been recommended by several people who like us, do not like loud , brash resorts with wall to wall TV bars and British menus. This is definitely a Spanish family friendly resort, It is small enough that you can walk around yet has enough restaurants, tapas bars and small shops to keep you occupied. We ate at several, El Palmeral, Alein and my favourite, Batiste which was also open for breakfast.
We went to the tomato festival at Alcala de Xivert, visited Torrenostra which has a huge beach (an nobody spoke English in the restaurants) and Peniscola (again a huge beach) but most importantly the castle of the Knights Templars. You can use the bus but a car would be a real advantage.

We've been going to Alcossebre for 7 years, with a short gap because of the pandemoc. We were introduced by some neighbours of ours who have an apartment there. We always go when the fiesta is on, the atmosphere is vibrant then, very Spanish. We'll most probably be there again next year!

Small seaside town north of Valencia, quiet and family oriented, can be very busy in summer or long weekends with long lines of people waiting for restaurants and packed beaches. The centre has not much to offer, the seaside however is pretty.

Lovely pretty town. Excellent restaurants and area.
Lovely pretty town. Excellent restaurants and area. Agora great fish & chips, Sebastian la perla in Peniscola a la carte. I'lla in the marina. Will definitely visit again. Easy but a negotiable one way system. Avoid the Villa that we stayed in. Lovely walks and everything within walking distance

I had a wonderful stay at this elegant apart hotel which has lovely decor, is very near a great beach, has a great swimming pool and a top of the building infinity pool. Wonderful views!! Easy walk in to town. The reception staff were wonderfully warm, friendly, professional and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you like to have your own cooking/washing machine facilities/lounge and TV as well as having the support of reception staff.
Been to Alcossebre for the last 15years, never stayed at a hotel so was a bit apprehensive. Hotel was really good, staff were always helpful at any time. Breakfast was good. They got a taxi for us, let us stay over while wating for transfer, and best thing was a aircon system for my wife.
Everything. The location is great, a few metres to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The hotel facilities are good, the restaurant service amazing with a terrific choice of food.
Apartments are good, big, comfortable, free private parking (need find same number as flat number). Has very nice terrace with town and sea view (the house is located in a higher area). Nice view from balcony. Nice pool, but we don't tried.
Comfortable room provided with a large living room and kitchen; free parking in front of the hotel; some good restaurants far from 5-10 minutes walking
