I like the view the cleanliness the fact there was lots of towels and space. I didn’t like the fact that we ran out of loo paper and the toiletries provided were not nice. although we were up a hill with a beautiful view it was sometimes tricky to get home but overall I would recommend staying here

Adeje has everything!!
Adeje has everything!! We have been here a number of times as we bring our granddaughter every year as it’s her favourite holiday destination too. We find Adeje to be very family orientated with great restaurants and views, along with plenty of things to do . We love it there x

Adeje is brilliant.
Adeje is brilliant. We visited in March which was ideal in terms of weather, as it can get very hot in Summer. The resort is perfect for couples and adults - I would say it is still good for kids, but the amount of bars and restaurants make it more ideal for older travellers. There is loads going on and amenities around every corner. Siam Park is also easily the best water park I have ever been to and well worth a visit.

Adeje offers the best weather during the cold months and La Caleta is an elegant bay with houses and golf course and plenty of restaurants won the promenade. It is an authentic place and rather unique as there are no hotels on the seafront and it feels like a village. Parking is also available and is free. It offered plenty of interesting walks to choose from too. If the weather is poor one can always do some shopping at very reasonable prices.

Plenty of Bars Restaurants to chose from. Small shops and shopping centre in easy walking distance. Beutiful views over the beaches and marina. The hill from Porto Colon up to San Eugenio area is a killer, good job there are pubs at the top of the hill. Bulldog Posh Nosh for meals, highly recomended for both welcoming owners and delicious food.

I love this area, lots of places to walk on the flat as the area can be very hilly in lots of places so not great for people with walking difficulties. Lots of the electric buggies are on hire for people. the Scooters however can be annoying for people walking .... there is lots of choice of bars, restaurants, shops, for all tastes and budgets. the Lift to and from the beach is no longer working or being maintained which is a great shame because the businesses round that we would get passing trade but there is no need to go that way now unless you know those shops restaurants are actually there...
Hotel Royal River is truly a gem and I’m so glad I found it. It’s the most amazing place we’ve stayed in. Every detail in hote is perfect. It beginns with huge Villa, the river that flows to each room, goes on to the rooftop restaurant with the best view on Costa Adeje and infinity pool. There is always something new what can amaze you. The Staff was super nice (even though they couldn’t speak English very well, that could be one thing what needs improvement). The gastronomy was great as well. It’s really hard to leave this place.
•Location - If you like to walk you can get to coastline in 20minutes and walk to los Cristianos in 1h20min.
• Parking - hotel official park is free but a bit small. But You can easily leave Your car by street or nearest parking lot next to Aqualand and get in hotel through second entrance with elavator.
• Interior - modern and clean. Especially kitchen and bedroom! I really appreciate the dark curtains.
• And the best - pool area. Very nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also a bar.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, 3-5 minutes to Siam mall and Costa Adeje center or to highest point to watch the sunset. The garden in front of the balcony had blooming flowers with amazing aroma.
The sunset from the hotel was beautiful. There room ventilation was great since there is an interior window that allowed it to make a nice fresh current during night.
The heated pool was nice and there was also a shop right next to it.
Its the perfect spot for exploring both the party side and the more relax side of south tenerife, its bang on in the middle of both los cristianos and costa adeje. Everything is walking distance or taxi away.
The accomodation itself is amazing, airconditioner in Each room, smart tv in each room, full kitchen, a washing machine and a balcony with a view, toilet and shower in each room, there is a 24hr store 2mins from the accomodation, its walking distance to aqualand or Siam park.
Breakfast at Sábila is amazing, healthy, fresh, great variety and enough for everyone. The pool is large and beautiful with aquagym every day. The room was spacious and with balcony, I loved having my morning coffee outside. The beach is just just few steps from the hotel garden and I enjoyed taking a dip in the ocean. The gym is really good with various classes. Best of all is the drinking water in every hallway and the environmental steps the hotel has taken. Thanks!
The apartment is located in an Aparthotel. It does not receive any cleaning or other hotel services, it's just a private apartment in a hotel.
The location is very central to Costa Adeje, easy to reach lots of restaurants and the sandy beaches by the ocean.
The check-in process was very simple, a lady was waiting for us by the entrance by our agreed time.
The apartment contains lots of amenities for cooking, washing clothes, etc.
We usually go every February for a month, and it never fails to satisfy, lovely outdoor pool. So clean everywhere. you can have and apartment or an apartment which is like being at home, Tenerife itself is lovely with great walks. We stayed in Adelje and used local buses, but we walked most of the time. Los Christianos has a lovely beach with sunbeds. Every where is easy to go to . We will be back.
It was our first time in Tenerife. We were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and the activities and the facilities were brilliant. Everything was very clean and the cleaners cleaned our room everyday which was nice. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was lovely to sit out in and the enjoy the amazing views.

An amazing find in Tenerife, beautiful massive apartments in the heart of Adeje. Very central but still lovely and peaceful. Heated pool, everything super clean, we only stayed 4 nights but our apartment was cleaned every day and we had clean towels every day.
This hotel is beautiful, staff are so friendly from the moment you step in until you the moment you leave. We loved the relaxing atmosphere. The location is great. We received a upgrade which was not expected but really topped off our stay.
stayed here in September 2021 and it was fabulous.. so I booked for my daughter and her friends for three nights in June 2022 while they had their other accommodation sorted out as they arrived to Tenerife to be let down by another hotel
Gorgeous property - spacious, clean, perfect sea views and ideal location for all local amenities. The on-site hotel facilities were great - 3 spacious for pools, a nice pool bar and plenty of sun beds available.
