Everything is good and every one from the hotel crew is helpful and kind-full, The reception team specially Mr. Domdious he is very professional and cooperative.

The view is exceptional. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is super relaxing and clean. No many food varieties but quality is very good. Got a free upgrade to Deluxe rooms and they accepted late checkout for all the rooms which was very convenient for our schedule.

It’s nice to have welcoming by Good stuff at the reception desk specially mr mostafa. My stay was in a suite with a wonderful sea view, large, clean, and with all the required facilities

Every thing about this property was spectacular. The room was very clean. The view was beautiful. All staff were very friendly and polite especially Mr Mina the manager was so professional and very friendly.He made sure that i enjoyed my stay.

Amazing place The help of Mr morsi

I love everything about Sheraton Somabay. It’s my favorite place ever in Egypt. The staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are so comfortable and clean, food is great. I personally want to thank all staff members from reception Mr. Ahmed Zaki and Mr. Hamada and also the people who welcomed us and took our bags Mr. Karam and Mr. Diab. Everyone was amazing. Thank you Sheraton Somabay for the best stay ever.

Love the landscape and beach

The staff and hotel and facilities and food were all excellent. We were warmly (46 degrees) welcomed and even though there was an error in our booking = my fault, not theirs = they were able to accommodate us. The rooms were really a good size and everything you need - pillows are the best I've ever come across at a hotel! We loved the food and though there is a lot that is the same day to day, there is also a good change in the main meal portion of the food. If you're there over a week, you'll see the cycle repeat. The beach bar food is really great if you're a late sleeper. The staff in the restaurants were really great. They can't be commended enough. From chatting to the kids and teaching them how to make napkin arrangements, to ensuring our cups were never empty, they were really fun to be around. The bar staff were phenomenal. So many people to serve and they worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces and always remembered my order! The pools and beach were super well organized with lifeguards who were very attentive and ensured everyone was safe and having a great time. The pools were so clean and the whole area around the beach well looked after. They also have a great system for lost and found in case you've had too many cocktails at the pool bar and forgotten to take all your stuff home! The water slides were a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. And the variety of pools meant that you could have a quiet swim or one filled with people. There is a little place for kids with play area but it's in the sun and a bit hot during day time. I saw that they did organize some stuff for kids daily, but we seemed to miss most of it as we have late sleepers! The spa / salon was really good but will warn you that the sales people are good at their jobs and will persuade you to have every treatment possible if you're not good at saying no! Highly recommend Orca dive centre! Hamo is amazing!
