I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Mr. Remon Beshay, the Front Office Manager, and Ms. Mariam at the reception. They allowed me to stay in my room until 2 PM and upgrade my room from a standard to a sea view room. Everything about this hotel is five-star.
