Great resort where you can find everything. Great selection of food and drinks. Nice staff and kind people everywhere. Had continuous supply of water in the room and everywhere. The staff was asking us continuously if everything was all right and they did their best to satisfy our needs. Lots of activities during the day and evening, kids club was well organized and appreciated by our daughters. Overall really great experience.

We spent 7 wonderful days in the hotel. We got the most wonderful room. The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. The children enjoyed the water park. The beach and the park were especially beautiful. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. We didn't explore the area because we traveled a lot for optional programs (Cairo, Luxor, Orange Bay). Next time we will spend more time in the hotel, because there are many things we have not yet discovered or tried. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, we slept very well. Lovely older hotel ,excellent choice of food ,well presented and staff constantly checking the temperature of the food available , pleasant and always smiling happy staff . Very welcoming hotel ,Guest services lady makes a point of speaking with every guest to ask if your room is clean and that you are receiving good service etc and if you have any problems she is there to speak to and will sort out any issue you may have ,gardens spotless as is the hotels inside areas , staff quickly pick up any litter and remove any stray glasses from pool areas ,beach also spotless clean , we have stayed at The Old Palace several times and usually end up adding more nights as we dont want to leave , its an excellent value for money hotel and does not really cater to families with children which is why we choose The Old Palace its a quieter more peaceful hotel ,no loud music except at entertainment time ,very relaxing older style hotel more suited to middle aged couples and elderly clients which makes it the perfect place for us .
