We loved the staff and their smiles never leaves their faces. The food was delicious. The hospitality of the place was amazing. Shiko and Mahmoud (animation) were very nice and make the day very special. Ali (kitchen) was very generous and cares about everyone. Peter Mikhail (Room service) was very nice and makes different animals using towels every single day. The receptionist were welcoming and making sure everything is ok till we checked out
