My family and I recently stayed at the Coral Sea Aqua Park in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. **Room and Amenities:** We stayed in a Kids' Den room with sea views after a free upgrade from a family room reservation with a soft all-inclusive package. The room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable.. **Service Quality:** The quality of service at Coral Sea Aqua Park is very good. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. **Dining:** The food was very good, with a wide variety of options available at each meal. The buffet had something for everyone, including the kids. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. **Facilities:** The hotel's aqua park was a major highlight. It provided endless fun for the whole family. The pools were well-maintained, and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. We also made use of the gym and found it to be well-equipped and clean. **Overall Experience:** Our stay at Coral Sea Aqua Park was fantastic. - The bar man at the front desk, I can not remember his name but he really made my time. If I come back to Egypt, I will definitely spend at least one night so I can speak with him again - Mohammed the manager is absolutely brilliant. He cared for every need and had really good banter - It is beautiful resort and would recommend to any family/couple. - really close to everything .. safari, square, activities.

Everything was wonderful, the reception was wonderful, the food was very delicious, and the stay was enjoyable Thanks Mr Mohamed saher, Mrs Miral Dabour and special thanks for Mr Ramadan elsafti. The limousine service was unexpected. I wish to change the company.

Everything is good. Foods, room, personal; management perfect. Animation is middle. Certainly I will come back.

The staff here are absolutely amazing people! I never leave reviews on anything but I have to give a special thanks to 4 individuals in particular, Mohamed and Liza from the reception team who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were constantly checking in with us to see if we wanted anything else (including offering a new room after we’d checked out to shower as our flight was in the evening).. Mondi from the entertainment team who is the most friendly and kind person you’ll meet in your life and is always there to put a smile on your face and give local tips.. and Abdullah the waiter, pictured below, (he actually only started working there part way through our stay and we’re so glad he did because the change with him was amazing) who works tirelessly to ensure you have the drinks you want (and I mean you literally see him power walking around in the heat to get you your orders quickly!) A few of the named staff actually gave us their mobile numbers and said we could literally call them any time if we needed anything - customer service at its best! Thank you guys for making our stay so special.

Charmillion Club Aquapark employees are very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at night, Reception Abdurrahman helped us with the room, during our stay, housekeeping Yasin Hassan cleaned our room carefully every day and made beautiful decorations with towels. Also housekeeping Khaled Jebir always completed our room. The waiters in the restaurant joked with my naughty son and Ahmet Anwerin's service was impeccable. Ms. Tatiana in guest relations gave us information about the region during our stay and made good suggestions. On the day of our departure, Reception Abdurrahman helped us to check out late and made a great gesture to my family by offering us lunch and dinner. The hotel is wonderful and there is a wonderful smell when you enter, a peaceful atmosphere. By the way, since my wife is gluten free, our chef in the restaurant offered great suggestions and dishes with unique delicious food. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive to their work, I thank them all individually. I plan to spend my next vacation here again without children. Best regards Yüce Tuncer
