This property was so amazing. The food was great, the staff were even better and the snorkelling was unreal. Everyone was so helpful and kind, especially Ali Maher Al-Sayed and Mustafa Hamed! We will definitely go again!

This was our honeymoon and I am really glad that I chose Kaisol to be our destination, great hotel and amazing facilities, each detail is giving you the fancy and romantic vibes, staff is very professional, food is on another level, super delicious, so fancy and very good variety, having music live played in breakfasts is really a romantic plus, we did not try the a la carte restaurants, but we had a romantic dinner on the beach which was amazing, we really made unforgettable memories there, and we will definitely come back again in our anniversaries to refresh these amazing memories.
For the beach, I have been to several hotels in hurghada and sahl hasheesh, Kaisol is blessed with one of the best beaches out of them, very clear water with almost no rocks at all as well as the sandy beach, we really loved it.

Staff were very helpful. I was impressed with Ali, a room cleaner who always did a different art piece out of towels daily l I.e peacock, swan elephant flower, boat. It is the first time ever that I looked forward to coming to the rooms just what piece of art was waiting for me.
I also wish to comment on how Hany, Ahmed and Mohammed looked after our particular needs each time we used the hotel restaurant during meal times.

The reort was very well planned and had all the facilities you could thik of, with no need to step outside. They even had small kiosks and shops to buy clothes and souvenirs. We've stayed at lots of resorts and lots of all-inclusive ones, and by far, this was the best of them all. The staff were exceptional! Each and every one of them went out of their way to make us feel completely pampered. The food quality and variety was excellent. We had the option of going to the a la carte restaurants for dinner, but the food at the buffet restaurant was so good, we never ventured out. My husband and kids also visited the waterpark and came back very impressed. There were lots of slides and rides, but they were most impreseed by how clean everything was and how well maintained. Have recommended the resort to all our friends and will definitely go back. This time for longer!

I was given the same room as one year ago, and things slightly improved, but this old and tired resort has a long way to go to match competitors such as the Wadi Lahmy Resort much further south. Food is a hit and miss, but the Oriental Evening the hotel had organised was splendid - any efforts they make goes quiet a stretch. It seems the cost is due to Makadi being regarded as a posh location but most guests would probably come because of the convenience.
