The location of the property is excellent within San Stefano area close to malls, restaurants, and other attractions. The property has its own private beach, which is a small strip, but generally nice. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mrs. Amira and Mr. Mahmoud for their support. I booked the apartment at the 7th floor and its furnishing is good, especially the bedrooms. However, the living and dining rooms are not air-conditioned. This was not very bad during our stay as we visited the place in September, but would be very annoying in the summer season. Additionally, the noise coming from the street was sometimes annoying as it is non-stop, and this was even worse when we tried an apartment on the 2nd floor. However, the noise is more bearable on the 7th floor, especially inside the rooms. Generally, the apartment is spacious and consist of 3 bedrooms, two toilets *one with a shower), two living rooms, a dining room, and a spacious kitchen, which is equipped with most essentials. so, the place will be nice for larger groups or a large family too.
