Fantastic staff and service! Everyone did their best to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We received a complimentary room upgrade thanks to the amazing hotel manager. Our room service hero, Mahmoud, delighted us every day with different room decorations that kept my kids happy! I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, including a small stove and microwave, and some even have a washing machine. It's best to specify your preference in the comments when booking. The hotel also has a mini-market and pharmacy, which was very convenient.

The staff are very professional and helpful, we like the pool very much it is well maintained and clean, the restaurant has a variety of options we had the oriental breakfast which was amazing. The room space and equipment are all very clean and new and in excellent condition.
