We stayed in a Kids' Den room with sea views after a free upgrade from a family room reservation with a soft all-inclusive package. The room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable..
**Service Quality:**
The quality of service at Coral Sea Aqua Park is very good. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
**Dining:**
The food was very good, with a wide variety of options available at each meal. The buffet had something for everyone, including the kids. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added a nice touch to the dining experience.
**Facilities:**
The hotel's aqua park was a major highlight. It provided endless fun for the whole family. The pools were well-maintained, and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. We also made use of the gym and found it to be well-equipped and clean.

- The bar man at the front desk, I can not remember his name but he really made my time.
If I come back to Egypt, I will definitely spend at least one night so I can speak with him again

Our stay in the hotel went perfectly, starting from the FO Mohamed Essam and his welcoming smile with high level of professionalism, he eased the check-in process in less than 10mins with full illustrations of the hotel facilities !

I thought the food options were very good, as well as the bar menus. The staff were very friendly. The room was big and AC worked great (very needed). All in all a very good experience at a decent price.

Great boutique hotel with exceptional staff and customer service. We moved from a higher class 5 star resort as had to change hotels due to change of dates of travel, so were expecting this to be a poorer quality than what we came from but this hotel was far better, despite the smaller room and outdated decor. The staff went above and beyond, didn't harass us at all, allowed us to have a late check out, and were professional and helpful in every area. The food was far better than the other hotel, with new choices each night, and the room was so clean and the bed comfortable, with actual egyptian cotton linen (didnt get from other hotel), we would recommend to anyone coming to this area. The pool was cool (so needed in 45 degrees!) with ample areas to lie and with such peace you could sleep by the pool if you wanted. The location felt safer than other areas and close enough to everything needed. Can't recommend enough and if we come back, we will definitely chose to stay here again. Highly recommend
