Really good accomodation for families especially since it can comfortable accomodate at least 4 people per apartment. Each apartment has hot water facilities, mini pantry, fridge etc. The hotel has a mesmerizing modern siwmming pool at the lobby courtyard just in front of tje cafe restaurant Every morning you can watch the front seat kaleidoscopic view of many hot air baloons rising up directly in front you, be it from your room windows, balcony, hotel corridor, terrace rooftop, swimming pool or cafe. As hotel is nestled in the lush greenery plantations of the West Bank of Luxpr, it is also overlooking the nearby Valleys of Kings and Hatshepsit Temple. Best of all, the staff is super friendly, absolutely polite, tremendously caring and down to earth humble. They are really attentive and treat all guest with personal touch similar to concierge servoces in 5 star hotels. Sirius Palace Luxor is indeed a palace stay for all. The staff was so helpful. I left my iPad on the bus and Riim promptly went with me to the bus station and helped me recover it. Mohamed was very helpful as well in having the room ready for me even when I was early before my check in time. The restaurant outside the hotel was very good and the breakfast in the rooftop as well very good. I do recommend it

What an amazing gem! Can’t highlight enough how comfortable and well thought out the place is! Natural building materials really quite surroundings, beautifully kept garden amazing Yoga or meditation space. The bed was great (definitely on the hard side which is great for postural health once one is used to it) Easy to get to and to get around great vegetarian restaurant very close. Friendly helpful and very non invasive staff giving you all the space u need for a relaxing experience.

We loved this place. Low key, quiet and with bags of character and a lovely pool to relax in away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor (but that's only a quick boat across the Nile away when you want it which was fun in its self). We asked Omar to organise our trips and guides for us as well as a car to the coast at the end of our stay. Sure, we could of done it a little cheaper but I think it's well worth it to have the hassle taken out of it and get reliable guides and drivers which makes such a difference on a trip to somewhere like Egypt. Omar had great contacts to make this happen. Our guide (Laila) was absolutely fabulous. Her knowledge was great and we felt totally comfortable in her company. The whole team on site were friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely (we don't like white box-like hotel rooms!). Thoroughly recommend this place!

The staff was amazing. We received fantastic service and great value for money. The food they prepared was also incredible. we had delicious home made food that we ate with the owner of the hotel. what a place! I can't recommend the place enough. the hotel is also close to many of the important sites. I'm talking walking distance or a short bike ride.

The breakfast was good, could have more variety, also a toaster would good addition. The buffet dinner was good and reasonably priced. The downside is the air conditioning in the restaurant was to cold to be comfortable to sit and eat. Sandra was excellent in her customer care and very helpful. She was easy to talk to and any problems or questions she took care of quickly. Overall the reception and other staff of the hotel were really good and attentive.
