The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music.
Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done.
Please look into the matter. Thank you.

The room was well equipped with a kettle,a microwave and cutlery.
The ACs were well functioning.
The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy.
The private beach was free and not crowded.
What I didn't is that the private beach is about 5 minutes by car and is not walkable
Magnificent, sunny cool breathe summers , warm mild rainy winters , white sandy beaches year round , all you could think of facilities , superb diverse cuisine, carnivals , water parks , board walks , all you can think of water sports , horse back riding , concerts , excellent roads , history , a dream coming true

We had several issues with the hotel.
We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.

Amazing place with a full service.
Amazing place with a full service. The housekeeping team is very clean and available all the time. The animation team is very friendly which makes my kids happy all the time, especially Captain Islam.
The stay in the hotel is very pleasant, cleanliness and respect for the guest are among the basic things in the hotel. As for what distinguishes the experience, it is the food. The Rixos Hotel is characterized by the best open buffet in the world, and from my experience in the most luxurious hotels in Egypt and the world, I do not find anything like it, frankly. It is worth noting that I would like to thank Miss Suhaila Waleed, the hotel's guest relations, for her warm welcome and professionalism to the guests requests.
I would like to express my great gratitude to the hotel staff for their attentiveness, politeness, sincerity and kindness. Service on a professional level is beyond praise. It is a quiet paradise corner, once you visit it you don't want to leave it. Special thanks to Mayar, Marian, Taher, Radwa, Ahmed Elghanam and many others for their warmth and care during my stay.

I really enjoyed my two night stay at Tolip North Coast. The hotel is beautiful and modern, my room was stunning with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Hassan, the duty manager, as well as Mohamed and Ahmed at the front desk. Wonderful hotel! I would stay here again and have told my friends about it.
nothing, it was a rip off!!! i booked and received a confirmation for my booking and the money was payed on my card. when i called the owner he said there is no apartment and he deleted his account I should contact Booking.com, ive sent them 6 complaints already they never replied. I am shocked with booking customer service
