If you want personality, commitment and to feel like a valued guest, this is it. You get it all. Colors, stories and the atmosphere. No indifference, randomness or anonymity. Spa is nice, most of all i liked Tolia it's self. Best surprise was mini golf. It was new and the tracks were good and not too complicated. I've visited Tolia Spa before and will do it again when i'm going to Ida-Virumaa.

Location, location, location. On arrival, we decided to visit grocery store, but hostess done it before. Very thoughtful approach, all amenities (even some we didn't think about, guests will find them in bathroom, under sink ;) )
First of all- it's welcoming aroma on arrival, wifey is looking to order such. Sauna in apartment. We didn't want leave. Park, seaside, highly recomended.

We have been travelling for work in this region of Estonia (namely Johvis, Kohtla Jarve and Narva) for six years. Every time we have stayed in a highly rated apartment or hotel, we were deeply disappointed (even frustrated). We have not found a single accommodation in this area that was clean or comfortable even for a short stay, whether it was an apartment or a top hotel. Lack of cleanliness, poor bedding, uncomfortable beds - that is what we associated these cities with. We didn't expect anything from this apartment either. As soon as we opened the apartment door ( the building is authentic and very charming) we realised it was love at first sight - spotlessly clean, everything new, magnificent interior!!! Just wow! A very big thank you to the owner for the smooth communication! P.s. there is a great sushi/wok restaurant nearby!

Beautiful apartment, host - Kätlin is looking after it very well, everything is spotless clean with great attention to detail. Definitely a great value for money. I will always choose this apartment when I am visiting Johvi.

I chose the wrong room because I confused the photos, the host does not speak English but was very attentive via message in explaining and offering me all the necessary comfort.
Do take your time. Walk in part and on its various trails, visit 3D experience at former presidential palace grounds. Go swimming if its in summer. Visit Sillamäe and Narva and their various sightseeing's.
