I was late to arrive at the agreed time - I did not evaluate the ferry schedule. I arrived late, around midnight, but the hostess met me, handed me the keys, showed me the house. Many thanks to Jai for your care and attention.

We had a room with a balcony and it was just as described. It was comfortable and a reasonable size. There was a kitchen open that we used to heat some food. We found the facilities for this were adequate. We were the only visitors in this property which had something like 10 rooms. The cafe was closed and we met nobody. We were sent the codes for the doors but it did feel a surreal experience having a large building to ourselves. The property is close to the ferry to Saaremaa and so as we were travelling by bike was very convenient for the early ferry.
