I booked the hotel because of the cosy looking rooms and lobby area. The rustic style was really nice. It was also super clean and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Rooms were quite small but everything that was needed was there. The interior and decor were lovely. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom with the tub was little dark, maybe extra lighting can be added. I’d also suggest little fridge for water bottles.

Kärdla is a captial of Hiiumaa- an island with a pace and mentality of its own, where ever the remotest places are less than a hour away and where you don't need to lock your car.. Plenty of places to eat or visit.
Perfect apartment - I celebrated New Year 2022 ! Excellent location - shops nearby, all attractions can be reached on foot. The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable, has everything you need, everything is in working order, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and toilet are in excellent condition. My best booking - I will be in Kärdla, I will definitely come back!
I liked my stay in Padu hotel, good sleep, hot shower, welcoming helpful owners. Tasty breakfast with choices of local fish, cheese and breads. room was warm. It was winter, a low season and very quiet, in summer it can be quite busy and noisy, I suppose.
Kärdla Retrovisiit Helmi is very cosy place where you travel back in time. It is very quiet with decorations that are more than 50 years old. You have a nice rocking - chair, a sauna, TV, very comfy beds and just utter quietness.
Very nice, cozy, stylish hotel. I am delighted! Very clean and beautiful.

The host had thought of everything! A fully equipped apartment! There was even a small potty for our littlest child! That is something you almost never find at hotels and rental apartments!
