The location is about 20 minutes from the international airport and a good option to staying in Quito. The grounds are expansive and lovely with trails to walk and places to relax outside.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the suite I stayed it was well appointed, clean, with premium linens, & bath products. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The restaurant had a nice selection and the food was well prepared. The entire experience was top notch.

Fantastic character property with extensive gardens which are perfectly maintained. Hotel beautifully decorated for Christmas and very festive vibe including music throughout the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with lots of fresh coffee and orange juice. Staff are trained to the highest standard and discreetly move around the hotel serving guests.
Quality of toiletries great, provision of coffee maker and mounted water cooler to help yourself to in each bedroom section is really helpful
I've stayed here multiple times in the past few years, and I've always been very pleased. The grounds / gardens are beautiful and relaxing. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot, the service is friendly and reliable, and the food is good (breakfast included and you can request dinner for an extra charge). For a few extra dollars you can also use the Turkish sauna. This is my favorite place to stay for easy access to the Quito airport.
An old hacienda converted into a modern hotel very conveniently located near Quito airport, with a huge, lovely garden with two pools, and with alpacas wandering around. Staff are very helpful and charming. We wanted a place to relax and acclimatise on arrival in the altitude of Quito, and San José was just right. It hosts a lot of business and other events, but since the hotel and grounds are so big this didn't bother us.
We had quick overnight between Galapagos and Amazon and this hotel was a lovely little oasis. We wished we had longer to stay and enjoy the facilities. The staff was very accommodating, getting a very last-minute masseuse for an individual in our party who was having a lot of leg pain. The restaurant staff handled our large party well and we had a very good meal. The hotel grounds were lovely.
I visited this hotel with my family (spouse and three kids, ages 11, 6 and 3) for one night, and we all loved it. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was nice, and the dinner was delicious and cheap. Our room was huge, and the beds were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed a little longer.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the gardens are beatiful, it has a gym, hot and wet saunas, and a nice pool. Their is a tinny downtown area 5 min walk from the hotel that is cute. The hotel is 20 min from the airport but they provide 24hr shuttle service.
I’m always travelling on business trip. This hotel is simply perfect with very kind and helpful staff, beautiful rooms and fantastic breakfasts. You can also enjoy the hot swimming pool and the spa.

All of the staff were so kind and wonderful! Hugo personally picked us up and took us to our return flight. Our dinner was wonderful and Hugo even arranged a driver to take us to old town Quito and to bring us back.
Staff was fantastic as was dinner at the hotel and breakfast. Well located close to the airport, with a free airport shuttle. We didn't really see much as we got there quite late and left early in the morning.
