The location is wonderful and very safe. Lots of security in the entire neighborhood. It’s located next to a bunch of restaurants. The free breakfast buffet was great. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed there many times over the years, seems they have improved rooms and friendly same staff. Close to airport and wonderful Colombian restaurant short safe walking distance.

Wonderful staff! Alex and Victor were very pleasant and helpful when we discovered that a teenager had left her phone on the plane. They tried several numbers and finally got through to a live person at the airline, and we got the phone back!
We left at 5 am and they packed “to go” breakfasts for us! Not a lot but got us onto our flight.
