All the staff were super friendly and helpful and above all, cheerful! They made a reservation at a nearby restaurant for a special celebration which couldn't have been better. The breakfasts were splendid, brilliant choices every day.
The location was spot-on, with both the main train and metro station and the Tivoli Gardens in easy walking distance. We would definitely return.

Solid tourist hotel in an ideal location on a quiet street very close to the main train station (ideal connection to the airport). The tourist hotspots can be easily reached on foot or by metro. The hip Meatpacking District is around the corner. Very clean, simple but comfortable rooms. There is even a hairdryer and shower supplies. The breakfast is a real steal by Copenhagen price standards. It was very quiet on our floor even though all the rooms were fully booked. Very good luggage storage service (small fee but worth it).

Gorgeous room with a lovley bathroom and a great view over the water. Very comfortable bed with a choice of soft or hard pillow. Breakfast was a really varied buffet and they had reallly good coffee. Hotel was 5 mins from the old meat packing district which has so many restraunts and bars - had really great food there every night in a different place.
