Beautiful location and so well done...historic yet up to date and classically decorated.
Walking distance to the shore and additional restaurants. Bus stop to get to downtown CPH is literally at the foot of the exit...and bo tickets are needed, all you need to do is download an app. Couldn't have been more pleasant!

Nice location and elegant design. Beautiful deluxe room with scenic view, large windows which brings fresh air in the room, very amazing spa which we enjoyed during our entire stay. We also love the massage and facial treatment there with lovely Monika. All staffs from hotel and spa area are friendly and very supportive. Wonderful fitness classes arrangement. This hotel gave us a deep impression of healthy lifestyle. We had a very joyful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much for making our holiday so dreamy and enjoyable!!
spa was good though not that special nor big specially if there are many guests. I particularly enjoyed the high water pressure shower tubes that helped massage my shoulders, neck, legs and back.
I enjoyed the breakfast average. room could be a bit more spacious for 2 people, it was with a balcony (special request) overlooking the sea.
staff was amazing, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. their hotel guests bikes are for free to use and very good bikes!
By far the best and most cosy-welcoming hotel in Denmark! Over the years we have travelled in the Nordics, where (often) the service level (and sympathy) of staff an related is rather ‘challenging’ (..); but Kurhotel Skodsborg is definitely the exception! We would like to thank the entire Team at the hotel, for the way we were received and serviced during our stay (with plenty of good humour and smiles!!); highly recommendable! We’ll return asap!
We stayed at the hotel on New Year's eve with our baby and agreed with the staff 2 months earlier that they would give us a room away from the main builiding where we would be least disturbed by the party that they held. We had a very quiet room, slept great and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. The room was also very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. All in all a great experience.
There is so much to enjoy at the Kurhotel. The location by the sea, with lawn and swimming jetty is lovely. The lobby area, inside and out, are really comfortable and our suite was elegant and super clean. The hotel is well placed for travel from the airport, the city and Riviera spots such as the Deer Park, Bakken, Louisiana MOMA and Helsingor. Breakfast and the dining room were very well presented.
They surprised my husband with small cakes on his birthday the day we arrived which i didn’t expect that they would do that even they said they don’t have package deal for my ideas. But they really made effort with everything greeting card and cakes it was excellent.
This is the best hotel in the area. I knew it from before and I have always had great experieecs there, just never had the opportunity to stay as a hotel guest. The food is excellent, the staff super friendly and service minded. The rooms beautifully furnished.
What was not to like? The light in the room, the view of the farm and the water, the breakfast, the spa facilities... Last and not least the staff who did everything they could so we had a fantastic stay despite the hotel being fully booked. Thanks!
