We liked the room and the big bathroom. The welcome was nice. The garden outside seemed really nice, but it was raining and we didn't have the opportunity of using it.
Very nice small town with good biking routes. We especially liked the harbour, where we sat and had a barbecue watching sunset and eating ice cream. Even though there is only one shop in Rødvig, it was rather large and well stuffed. There were many nice benches around the town, with good possibilities of having lunch or stopping for a coffee break with a nice view.
It’s calm separate building with the reception available at the hotel nearby. In reality the place is even nicer than on the pictures in booking.com. Very nice breakfast ( also with gluten free bread) at the hotel nearby is also included. Rooms are nice with new bathroom and very calm if facing internal garden. You also have shared kitchen facilities. The check out is at 11 that is also plus ( in other hotels/appartments we stay in denmark was at 10:00).
This charming, quaint hotel is right behind Rødvig Station, and this helps a lot because there are really no public transportation around. It really has a nice interior which has been preserved for decades, making you feel at home and giving you a unique Scandinavian experience. The food was good in the restaurant, and it seems that even locals flock here to eat. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
It is a very peaceful place, ideal for families. The hotel is surrounded by nature, but it is also very close to Rodvig, a small city with nice restaurants and sights.
I highlight the most about this hotel: the kindness and great attitude from the owners, who are also around all the time providing excellent service to guests.

I had an amazing experience! Wonderful and welcoming staff, easily the best location in Rogvig, breakfasts - absolutely perfect (eggs are definitely made somewhere in Heaven!). The coastal walk is just one step away, Stevns Klint Experience and the Cold War Museum are just 30 minutes of pleasant walk. I would recommend it and I will come back for sure.

This is essentially a lodge which is not staffed. I needed to collect my key card from Rodvig Kro og Badehotel which is a pleasant 5 minute walk away. This is where breakfast is served. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast good.
This hotel rated 3 stars, had a 4 star feel to it. Mainly because of the staff, the cleanliness and the facilities. Plus the location right on the coast makes it special even in February while raining..
The staff is the BEST and why I rated the hotel "excellent". The beds are fair (room 6), actually it is the pillows that are in need of replacement.The breakfast is plentiful and very good.
