As the name implies, the Strandhotel Klitrosen is wonderfully close to the beach. We reached it late in the day after taking the ferry from Norway, and the hotel staff very kindly arranged for us to get into our room after hours. It lies on a quiet street, and our garden-facing room was very peaceful. There was some light coming past the blinds, but we nonetheless had a great night's sleep. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Cute danish town with an amazing beach. We even drove there with car and parked just a few meters away to watch the sunset.
The town itself has a variety of restaurants to choose from. Also you can find the 'Skulpturparken Blokhus' and a Paper-Art Museum.
A very warm welcome from Ghita and Kim (and Pixxie). Bright, incredible beautiful, renovated house in a quiet, picturesque nature environment. Blokhus ist a very nice village approx. 15 minutes walk. For us the best village in the west coast. Lots of things to do are pretty close. Farup Summerland, the worlds largest sand castle, Løkken brewery (Porter!!!), Beach is close and also the dunes for long walks. Or like to drive with your car on the beach to Løkken?

It was a good hotel with nice people with a high standard. It is more expensiv than other hotels (restaurant, stay, ...).
The food at the restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch or evening. For the breakfast, they only could have changed the selection, so you can eat different things during a longer stay. One negativ point was there no jam at the buffet.
It's located very close to Farup Sommerland and also the North Sea - perfect for a weekend trip. Our 'room' was actually a smal apartment - livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, hallway and bathroom with a shower. Everything was decorated very nicely and hygge. And it was super clean. We enjoyed our (short) time there a lot.
It is totally hidden and really quiet. If you want to isolate yourself and enjoy a nice holiday alone or with your friends or family, it's a nice place to stay.
With car, your are a couple minutes away from stores, bakery and the famous beach of Blokhus.
It's a lovely new hotel, built in the old Danish "beach hotel style".
The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is laid back.

Breakfast!! Quality spread and a true enjoyment. The hotel is fresh and clean - charming as it stands on the grounds since 1917 we were told. Great location although no beach in site but a 5 minutes stroll away.
