A small house with everything you need for a work trip inside. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and everything was super clean and tidy. The car park is just in front of the house (on the side of the road).

Fast elevator. When we complained about the overly full, hard pillows, they brought us up two that were more comfortable for us. They also changed out the sheets when I complained about oily stains and curly black hairs on the cover sheet.
On our stay later that same week, we had a much better bed and the heat was not on at all. Plus the stairs going up were clean.

I just need at quiet place to rest, wasn't on sightseeing... I'm not specifically interested in Ballerup at this moment... And therefore it was a bit annoying that the house was so noisy - late at night as well as early morning... The staircase especially was making a lot of noise.. It made me feel nervous that somebody was coming down to me - a lot of times...( I was in basement! ) I couldn't open a window either, just the door if I wanted some fresh air, and that wasn't very nice either... The room (s) were too big and 'spread out' in different 'sections', and that wasn't cozy in my eyes...There wasn't a 'night-lamp' near the bed that worked, only a lot of spot lights in the ceiling... Not that cozy even if the volume could be turned down... The man of the house seemed very nice, I met him on the way to the house, - as I was asking for advice concerning some road-maintenance obstacles that were in my way to get to the house. So they are most likely were nice people ... But I guess a big part of my disapointment comes from the fact that this stay was more expensive than a night in Hotel Zleep - also in Ballerup, 3 weeks ago...There I had a quiet room, no sound from the building, view to a lake, nice bed, a window I could open, GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED, everything clean and everything easy and flexible in terms of checking in and out etc. Much easier and more comfortable for me... So I will chose that next time...

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need.
Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need. The bus connections are good, they are frequent and it only takes around 35 min by train from Copenhagen central station, path to walk and bike are well made to everywhere.
This is a stay for one night during your travels hotel. Basically bathing and sleeping are the only things you do here. Everything is in the room but very mediocre. Location is perfect for this purpose and there are some restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity.
We were looking for a place to stay with reasonable rating and free parking. This hotel met both criteria and on top of that we were welcome by nice staff, a clean room and comfortable sleeping.
