We reached the hotel late in the evening and the reception had left the keys in the check in box.
We rented a car, so the location was easily reachable from Kolon and Duseldorf. The hotel provided free parking. Room was satisfactory clean, clean linen and clean bathroom. There are some restaurants, pubs and supermarkets near the hotel. This place is good value for money.

Free coffee in the morning and ice cream for my 4 children was a nice gesture. Staff is friendly, central location with parking easy to find.
I travelled to willich to visit family and couldn't believe my luck in finding this gem which was only a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment has everything you could possibly need and more including a work area and spacious balcony. The Kitchen was very well equipped and the complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water, snacks, milk and beer were a lovely bonus after a long journey. Bathroom was excellent as was the lovely comfortable bed.
Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
the hotel is great, exactly like one of the little gems that you dream about finding when you travel. it is a small family hotel, run by the son and the mother. i loved the custom breakfast, i loved the room, everything was very clean and functional. the scenery outside my window was of the romantic backyard & garden with a nut tree that was having gorgeous yellow autumn leaves. it was great, everything about this place was much better than expected.
Location was ideal for a sleepover during travelling for work: Quiet industrial area. The room exceeded my expectations since the toilet and douche where separate rooms (I have different experiences in this kind of hotels). The manager was kind and helpful even when we arrived late he reinstalled his computer to make the check in. The beds where clean and good, sept very well. There is a large parking place around the hotel.

Room was large and clean. The Staff was friendly and helpfull. Parking is easy. It was peacefull even at Christmas and New Year. The hotel area has a lot potential, have to come back at summertime what it looks like when the sun is shining.

This is the worse place I have ever seen. Maybe I expect to much. But this was not a hotel that I would book for my employees.
Location was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very big with fresh fruits, eggs, etc. The restaurant in the hous was excellent so no need to leave the hotel for diner.
