I liked the simplicity of the room, and cleanliness. The bed was comfy, so was the pillow which is not usually the case for hotels!.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The parking was at the hotel and it was easy to find. The breakfast in the morning was your typical European style breakfast, fruit, breads, yogurt, meats , and cheeses. All of which were wonderful.

We stopped at this hotel for a night on our way from Cologne to Munich with a daytime stop at the Nurburgring track. Conveniently located close to the track and was the first hotel we passed by. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, the room was cute with a window facing a beautiful view of a pasture and rolling hills off in the distance. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also very nice.
A three or four minute drive from the main hub of the Nordschleife and GP track, this hotel works perfectly. Plenty of parking, WiFi, friendly, helpful staff, and a broad breakfast selection. I had a good sized room (63) in a separate building 100m from the main. The restaurant offers dinner but i never had an opportunity to try it. I would certainly stay here again.
I was very surprised at the overall standard of this hotel. Being within close proximity to the Nürburgring Motor racing Circuit I expected low standards due to the captive market. I was wrong. The staff were supper efficient, the restaurant food was great and the covered parking for our motorcycle was perfect.
We spent 2 good nights at the Gasthouse Weber. Very nice people, friendly and carying, very welcoming, as a big group with 5 children we had specious rooms and nice time in the restaurant. Nice breakfast, everything what you might want was available, everything fresh. Toys for children waas also very nice.
Everybody was very friendly, they helped me charge my electric car, beds are comfortable, it's a very homey family runned bussines, nothing like corporate hotel chains, which made the experience a lot more personal. Close to the Nürburgring track, the country is just beautiful.
Our room was at the top of the hotel with a balcony with an outlook across fields. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower and very modern fittings. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and the quality of the food was superb as was breakfast the following morning.
This is the perfect location for the Nurburgring .
Adequate , safe parking was a huge bonus.

There is no other word: perfection. Location, host, room, breakfast - all wonderful. There is a reason we only choose this hotel whenever visiting the area (this is our 7th stay), and everything is consistent each time.
We have stayed at the Rieder for many years. It's an excellently run family hotel very close to the Nurburgring circuit. Their food and service is exemplary and they have the best bathrooms we've ever experienced.
