Great experience from check-in to check-out. Monica from front desk very helpful and kind, very welcoming. The dinner was exceptional, the best I've ever had. Branislav and Franziska helped make the experience unforgettable. Breakfast was very nice as well. Great selection. The castle ghosts made us feel as royalty. We visited hotel in the quiet season just for one. The hotel was very calm and peaceful. The staff very attentive. Excellent restaurant- the dinner menu and food. Very good/excellent breakfast with various choices , different coffees and egg dishes can be prepared in addition on request. Right place for short or longer stay.
