The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the pillows which were made from sustainable materials. There was a flyer about the pillows, too bad the description wasn't in English also.
The staff was very friendly, they spoke English which was a plus. They also have a cute dog.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot, close to the train station and on the edge of the Alt Stadt. The hotel is an old Bavarian building with modern bathrooms and furniture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast which was included in the hotel price was good with delicious coffee. We were on a bicycle tour while staying there. The staff provided us excellent bicycle storage within the building.

Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was done rather well. Better than the expected honestly. PET fee was only €10, which is rather standard for a motel 8 and the like, so for a high end motel to only charge this amount was unexpected.
