I really liked the house. The first floor is like an art gallery, with a living room with a fireplace and a window view of the lake and sheep. There is also a kitchen, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. There is a second bedroom with a huge bed and a bathroom on the second floor. Everything is lovely and cozy. The house owner is very hospitable and friendly.
This house has everything for a comfortable stay for a long time.
I definitely recommend it.

We stayed here to have a base camp for our ancestry research in Ostfriesland. We knew we had to travel to Aurich, Wittmund and Emden and it was okay for that. From what we saw there wasn't much in terms of entertainment to actually stay here for a vacation.
Cell phone reception is a joke, you may need WiFi for a decent connection. The greek restaurant is barely serving any greek dishes.
