The hotel is a beautiful gem in a little town. Nadia, the young woman in the reception, was very nice and kind and provided all the information we needed about the area.

Amazing and beautiful little village, perfect location, surrounded by vin yards, lined with cobble streets and great local wine, couldn’t ask for a nicer place and the staff were lovely. I’d stay there again, anytime.
The hotel is located in a picturesque village in Franken and an ideal place to explore the wines of the region. The hotel is quite, rooms are well equipped, comfortable, and super clean. The owners offer tastings and their wines are available for consumption either in your room or - even better - on one of the two terraces available to residents. There is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and the owners gave tips on where to dine well within walking distance. Breakfast was super.
Charming hotel in a charming town. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful.
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and offered to help carry our suitcases.
If going during the summer holiday period, I’d recommend booking the restaurant in advance, as it’s quite popular.

Best place by the river Main, next to a medieval city and a wine region, where you find something to do all the time.... Very clean, the host is marvelous and they offer a full continental breakfast, almost like in big hotels! I am already planning for a return there... It felt sooooo goooood.....
The hotel is located in the delightful walled village of Sommerhausen, ideally situated for exploring the Wurzburg area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the cafe downstairs was ideal for light refreshments in the evening. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
In the middle of the romantic medieval Sommerhausen, close to the river Main, clean room, good family-run restaurant with wine from the owners’ own vineyards, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety and homemade preserves.
Cozy hotel with efficient though small room, excellent restaurant and friendly staff. Great location, easy on and off highway and very near Wurszburg which is another larger excellent place. Welcoming. Excellent breakfast.
This is how a good hotel should be. Great location, wonderful service, was really clean and we loved the decor inside. Breakfast was lovely. I cannot imagine that you would find anything that you don’t like in this hotel.
What a lovely hotel in the small village. Secure parking for our motorbikes. Great breakfast and the lady gave us a list of the restaurants that were open that evening. All within walking distance of the hotel
