The property indeed satisfies what you expect, nevertheless depending on your needs and preconceptions. It is absolutely fine, but certainly only to spend the night. The average traveller will not stay in the room, to elaborate on the room and other onditions, but will be happy to have a roof above his(not her) head. So for this purpose and with a decent breakfast the place is ablosultely OK.
All good for a late night overnight stop with efficient entry out of hours and a comfortable room, plus a good breakfast in the morning in a quaintly dated traditional small hotel in a quiet location out of earshot of the motorway - just what I had hoped for.
